DUBAI - Organisers for 'Dubai Cares' have announced that His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will make a surprise contribution from his personal possessions. He will be thus joining the major donors to 'Signature', an auction to be under the patronage of Shaikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Women Establishment.
