Our Client, Dots and Coms is a desing company engaged in Logo Design, Branding, Web Hosting, Web Design and Search Engine Optimization.
They have many clients world Wide and in UAE.They need to increase our presence and explore the UAE market.They are looking for a freelancer who can work and represent the company in Middle east and specially UAE.
Work includes communication on phone, chat, email with customers to understand the requirments and drafting the specification sheets. Give quote to clients and followup on clients. Meeting the client if needed.
Good knowledge of Internet and Customer relationships needed.
Job Description:
Job role includes working from Home on Internet to co?ordincate the requirments of the customer with the Studio in India.
Understanding the customer requirments and providing a local contact point to the customer for all his needs.
Using email / chat / phone to communicate with clients and meet them if needed.
Commission based structure for great returns for the enthusiastic candidates
