Hi there all fellow SA expats

My name is Louwlette and I'm currently employed as a legal secretary and office administrator at an international law firm in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have recently applied for a transfer to our Dubai office and am looking to move to Dubai during July 2008.

I am married and have two boys aged 6 and 10. My husband, Dirk, is currently serving in the South African Police Service, and has been doing so for the past 17 years. He is stationed with the Crime Combating Unit (CCU) and holds the rank of Inspector. In South Africa the CCU works extensively and hand-in-hand with the South African Task Force, commonly known as S.W.A.T internationally.

I would really appreciate any advise or links to assisting us in finding suitable employment for my husband in Dubai as well as any other recommendations fellow expats may have in terms of schools and accommodation.
