Default Visa

hi everyone i have been offered a job in dubai and they are sorting out my visa...i need to know if i dont like the job after say 2 months or so could i move to another company or would my visa be cancelled as its my employer that is sorting that????

nope, once they stamped your visa, you cant able to move another company unless you return back to your country and then apply

Actually based on what I have known. It depends on the Employeer, there are some that will allow. But the think is, you need to cancel your Visa and pay the amount which your company is paying on the processing fee. So you need to pay that amount and then they will release you but, you have automatic banned in the Ministry of Labour. If you will resign less than a year, you have automatic banned in the Ministry of Labour. So you need to go back to your country of origin (Make an EXIT ). You can work after you resignation but your VISA cannot be process within six months because banned is still applicable. Inshort if you're working its illegal and punishable by Labour if caught by personnel of Labour resulting to some payments which I think around to 5000Dhs plush deportation. So make your RISK or you can do part time jobs but still its illegal.

Just be sure that you will not get caugth by the Ministry of labour Personnel.I hope this is helpfull
