Hooters restaurant to open in Dubai

Has anyone heard that the famous US chain Hooters is to open up in Dubai? Lets see how they get over the fact that they're in a Muslim country.

Ok, so theres a large expat community, BUT to me it seems a little bad taste....unless the women dress up in 'normal' outfits!
