Custom Avatar?

I was just browsing through my User Control Panel, trying to upload (or even link) an avatar. Apparently, the option is disabled. I would just like to know if this is a problem with my browser, or is the option of using avatars disabled?

I just tested it, its working fine...

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

I think you should change the premission for normal users, because I still can't seem to access it (even after trying to log on via Internet Explorer). You could upload an avatar probably because you've set the options which allow only Admins and Mods to upload avatars and not normal members. Try creating a test account as a normal user to see whether you can still upload an avatar or not. Sorry for all the hassle by the way.
